Been to Appleway Auto twice, dealt with Alan over there. Who helped me with my son's car. He did some repairs about 4 or five months ago maybe 6 and then recently I had my son take it back to him again for some more repairs which he had been procrastinating on, which most teenagers do! 🤷‍♂️ whataya gonna do?I dealt with them over the phone with everything of course because we're a long ways away and I just gotta say they were so professional and so helpful, good solid work, good guy! Easy to deal with, easy to talk to, eager to help.My son goes to school at North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene, and we are in Port Townsend Washington which is a good 7-8 hours away. Anybody who's got children knows that no matter how old they get they're still your babies, even though ours is an over 6 ft, over 200 lb wrestler, Alan really took care of ours, which is huge for us!Did great work got him in and out. The work he did about 6 months ago is still solid, my son drove the car today and said it feels great, (shocks & struts,) and he could feel the difference and will be back soon for some other repairs that I've been buggin him to get done.Can't say enough good stuff about Alan and all the folks over at Appleway auto, we really appreciate their help and we highly recommend them👍👍

Such a great shop! They work with my work schedule when it comes to getting my Jeep done or dropping off for work needed, they're honest about what's going on and are always friendly and fair priced. I'll be with them for life!

We were traveling to Montana and Colorado when we got a code. We choose Appleway Auto Repair. They listened to our car symptoms and checked our transmission fluid level, found it low, topped off to proper level. Our car is running fine now. So thankful for the help from Appleway Auto.

Estimates are spot on. Work completed when Promised barring parts being delayed. Questions are answered in clear understandable manner with patience. I have been in 3 times so far and all repairs went well. Also, they help explain and encourage preventive maintenance. Great people doing the best by their customers.

We almost did not have a vacation- but the team at Appleway Auto Repair diagnosed the problem and had us safely back on the road within 3 hours! And on a holiday week! We had our SUV looked at, by a different auto shop in Seattle, spent $ 5,000+ on new brake pads, rotors, hub, etc.. 300 miles later, our rear wheel was smoking and the hub cap fell off because the wheel had gotten super hot. Yikes. Apparently the other auto shop did not replace the calipers which usually don’t need replacing but apparently with the fixes made to our car- caused the overheating problem. This happened on Saturday. On Monday morning, they were able to squeeze us in between other appointments and get us all new brake pads, rotor, etc bc the calipers failed.The warranty from the prior company didn’t cover the work bc of course the caliper wasn’t replaced (whatever).We drove off and checked the car about 200 miles away- wheels were warm but not hot at all. HUGE THANKS to Appleway Auto Repair- holy smokes seriously - we were heading to Syracuse NY from Seattle WA and would have had to turn back on the very first day if not for these guys. We also did the math and found out that it probably would have been waaaay more expensive to get these calipers fixed in our home town. We could have driven to Appleway and stayed a few nights and gotten all of our car problems fixed correctly the first time- and still save $$$!

Well I have been using Appleway Garage now for about a year. Up until now I haven't had a problem. But now I am not sure what to say. June 4 got my car back after having the tie rod and steeling rod replaced and a front end alignment. But now June 27 after taking my same vehicle to Les Schwab they told me my vehicle now needs the lower control arms bushings and another alignment. And vehicle only has 700 miles on it. When I ask Appleway about why they miss it. I was told that they did not do a complete front end inspection. So they must have miss it. Sorry but it is obvious that they don't do a very good job. Won't be using them anymore.

I requested a quote over Yelp and they responded to me immediately, like 10 minutes later. I had a problem with my windshield wipers on Wednesday night and they got me in on Thursday morning. They fixed my rig very quickly and we’re super friendly. As a college student who’s often low on funds I was impressed with how reasonably priced it was. 10 out of 10 would recommend Appleway Auto repair. The guys who helped me deserve a raise for their customer service and efficiency. I could host a Ted talk on the positive experience I had today.

My husband and I were stranded in Idaho on a long trip from Kansas to Seattle when our radiator cracked. We tried everyone in town before being recommended to these guys by a customer at Dennys. They were very professional, quick and affordable. When other companies told us 2 weeks they told us 2 days. They were done the same day we brought it in. Absolutely amazing 👏

Our experience was wonderful! We were driving to Post Falls on a Friday afternoon and our van's engine started making a weird noise. We pulled over and called the closest mechanic. They told us to bring it in and take a look. They got us right in and found a priliminary cause. They were straight with us from the beginning. They offered to keep the car over the weekend until Monday when they could take a closer look. On Monday they let us know what was wrong and gave us our options. They gave us time to discuss and make a decision, and when we decided not to fix the van they didn't pressure us or try to upsell us. They also let us continue to leave the van with them until we could arrange a tow. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Brian from AAMCO referred me to Apple Automotive for engine repair work on my Chevy Equinox. I called Jason we discussed my option to bring in my car. But they were so booked with other repairs they couldn't even look at my car until 3 days later. I couldn't leave my car at AAMCO, I didn't want to tow it anywhere, just to have it towed again in 3 days to Apple Automotive. Jason let me bring my car to their lot, leave it there until they could begin working on it. Fast foward...they called me with the cost to complete my repair, $1780.00. They gave me the full breakdown of what needed to be replaced. I told them to go for it, when they were done. I came in, Jason explained to me the work they did, then told me the total cost for their work was not $1780.00, but it was $1600.00 instead. They even let my son-in-law use his credit card over the phone to pay for it. Jason was a true professional and his customer service was xtra 💯 percent. As I started it and just sat there and teared up. It felt and sounded like it did when I drove it off the lot when I purchased it. I have driven from Coeur d'alene, ID to Redding Ca. to visit family. In 2 weeks I'm headed to Sierra Vista, AZ. I'm Xtremely happy with my experience with Jason & his crew at Apple Automotive repair.
